  • How long does it take to process my order?
    Since I'm the only one crafting each product with love and care at home, please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. 😊
  • How long does shipping take?
    This is an approximate delivery schedule. These timelines may be sooner or later depending on your location and postal service provider. United States: 2-3weeks Canada: 2-3 weeks Europe: 2-3 weeks South Korea: 2-3 days Everywhere Else: 3-4 weeks
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes! Parcels will be sent from South Korea via both UNTRACKED and TRACKED airmail options. Usually, Untracked is more affordable but less secure. However, I haven't encountered any issues with it so far. Nevertheless, if you opt for this shipping method and your parcel doesn't arrive, please note that you cannot request a refund. I always recommend TRACKED airmail for added assurance of delivery. Should any issues arise, feel free to reach out! Happy shopping!
  • Will there be any custom fees?
    I, Martina Sorrentino (a.k.a Runa Mareuty Illustrations), am not collecting or remitting VAT import taxes. This means that your package will be collected by your country when it reaches customs. You may experience package delays and additional processing fees. You can also check with you country’s customs office to determine what your additional costs will be before ordering. Please note that by placing an order, you, the buyer, understand that you are liable for any VAT fees/charges that occur. Please understand that I am not responsible for any import taxes and they are not included in the item price or shipping cost. ANY ADDITIONAL TAXES/CHARGES/FEES ARE THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY AND MUST BE PAID TO YOUR COUNTRY TO CLAIM YOUR PACKAGE.   • I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address. What now?
    If your order has not already shipped, I can fix that for you! Please send me a message via the contact form or email me at runamareuty@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address. If the order has shipped, I am not responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
  • How should I handle an issue with my order?

Processing Time
We will typically ship your order within 2-5 business days after your purchase. 

Estimated Shipping Times
All orders are sent through the Korea Post.
United States: 2-3 weeks 
Canada: 2-3 weeks

Europe: 2-3 weeks

South Korea : 3-5 days
Everywhere Else: 3-4 weeks 


I offer one option at the moment : TRACKED International Shipping.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES


Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


All sales are final. I do NOT accept returns or exchanges. If you have a concern with your order, please email runamareuty@gmail.com. Cancellations must be made 24 hours after purchase. I don't accept cancellations after your order has shipped.
